Participating in a womb ritual invites us to listen deeply and to allow our wombs to communicate with us. It's a moment where we declare to our bodies, "I am here to hear your truths." This transformative experience combines intention, warmth, herbs, touch, and my supportive presence into a powerful rite of passage.

You will be guided to connect, move and release through this unchoreographed, free-moving meditation practice, which encourages self-expression and discovery. It allows you to explore and express how you feel through movement. You don’t have to learn any steps, and there is no pressure to perform, making it easier to relax, giving the body and mind permission to get into a state of flow. The music is a conduit inviting you into a state of bliss.

We're thrilled to share that our retreat venue is home to a precious gathering of animals, including a delightful herd of horses, two pigs and four adorable cats—Deva, Socks, and Leo—and our newest friend, ET Bear. The cats are free to roam on the land and truly enhance the serene, tranquil atmosphere of our retreat, and many guests find their playful, soothing presence uplifts their experience.
