YEAR OF THE HERMIT
Science is now catching up with ancient wisdom, revealing how our beliefs and thoughts profoundly influence the cells of our bodies.
What does that mean for us?
We each possess the power to transform our core beliefs, which are often shaped during childhood. These beliefs carry the echoes of our caregivers' ancestral fears and unresolved traumas. As we navigate life, we may feel the weight of these burdens manifest as physical distress, such as inflammation, aches, and pains.
Embracing the opportunity to shift these inner beliefs can profoundly reshape our lives, empowering us to express our truths and unlock our true potential.
This year is represented by the Hermit card in the Tarot. It's important to recognise that the Hermit often symbolises a journey into the shadow aspects of ourselves to uncover the wisdom that exists within rather than searching for answers externally.
The Hermit walks alone, but this solitude serves a purpose: self-discovery and reconnecting with one's true self. Isolation doesn't mean living in a cave or distancing oneself from friends or family for months. It can simply involve finding a safe and supportive space to explore one's inner thoughts and feelings. By doing so, one can arrive at one's own truths, which will ultimately lead to positive changes in one's personal life.
This year, embrace the opportunity to slow down and cultivate a meaningful relationship with yourself. Challenge long-held beliefs and understand that your genes do not define you; instead, you possess unlimited potential to create a life brimming with peace, joy, and love.
